The firm, comfortable mattress and breathable fabrics make it the perfect place for your newborn to rest, sleep, and nap… in every room of your home.
Best of all, it even adjusts as your little one grows.
Use the high newborn position for the first 6 months, then simply lower the mattress when your baby can pull themselves up and use it up until 9 months (15kg).
Designed with premium materials including FSC®-certified wooden legs and a strong aluminum frame, Stokke® Snoozi™ also features main fabrics that are made of breathable 3D mesh materials that are gentle to the touch and machine washable. How do I return an item(s)?

We are here to offer you a smooth return process for your purchased item(s). Any order that has been shipped within UAE falls within a returnable category and is within the 7 days limit from the date of delivery, can be processed for return.

Please Note that the items must be unused, must not be broken or damaged and in its original package

Here are very simple steps that you can follow if you want to return item(s).

1. Items may be returned via our free home pick-up service.

2. Through this service, a courier will collect your parcel containing the items you wish to exchange or return.

3. Once your return request has been received, our team will contact you to arrange the pickup of the item(s).

4. The pickup will be arranged within 3 working days for UAE.

5. The item will be received and checked at our facility in the next 3 working days.

6. Refunds will be processed upon successful evaluation, which will be reflected in the customers' account in 7-10 days.

Eligibility for Exchange:

The product must be defective or malfunctioning due to manufacturing issues
Issues arising due to misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear do not count as manufacturing defects
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required to initiate an exchange.
