The global premiere of Stokke® Yoga™ held in London was more than just a launch event, it was a fully immersive experience. In a space that captivated attendees in the calming yet energizing nature of the product, we introduced a bouncer like no other—one that mimics the parent's natural bounce and swing movements, soothes as they do, and brings balance to both caregiver and child.

The event took place at Frameless | The Ultimate Immersive Art Experience in Marble Arch, a space that embodied the innovation and creativity central to Stokke. Two sessions were held: one in the morning for expectant parents and another in the afternoon for new parents and their little ones. Vibrant, dynamic imagery filled the walls, drawing guests into the world of Stokke® Yoga™ from the moment they arrived—a space where movement, balance, and calm come together.

This balanced atmosphere was truly challenged in the afternoon session. Parents arrived with more than 20 restless babies. But as the session unfolded, and the children spent time in the bouncers, the energy in the room shifted. The gentle motion of Stokke® Yoga™ worked its quiet magic, and one by one, the babies relaxed.

Finding calm was not just for the little ones though, the parents joined in as well. Meditation coach and author Maude Hirst aided this by leading the guests through workshops on finding balance in everyday life. These sessions were designed to energize and soothe, inspired by the very movements of Stokke® Yoga™.

It allowed attendees to embrace mindfulness, while their little ones enjoyed the same soothing effect in the bouncer next to them. This showed them the peace of mind Stokke® Yoga™ can bring into their everyday lives.

The natural and responsive movement of Stokke® Yoga™, though simple in practice, took years to perfect. Creative Lead Bianca Hanauer walked guests through the process of bringing this product to life as well as demonstrated its features and functions. Throughout the session, parents were invited to place their little ones in the bouncer to experience it firsthand.

Made with users in mind, every step of the design process was guided by expert insight and real-world feedback from families. This reflects the core design philosophy of Stokke®, as shared by Kimberly Bschor, Senior Business Management Director, at the event: “form follows experience.” This means the user is central to the design process, enabling Stokke to create solutions that go beyond usability and aesthetics – they foster emotional connection, adapt to real-life needs, and elevate everyday moments.

Stokke® Yoga™ embodies this, supporting families at every step of their journey and providing a sense of calm for both parent and child along the way.

“The thing that stood out to me was probably that it could be used for multiple functions. I think you’ll know when you have a child, you somehow end up with so many different bits of equipment! So having one thing that can do multiple different jobs, that my baby can try the different functions of and see whether they liked it, just is a great idea.” – Event attendee.

Through this event, guests not only got to see Stokke® Yoga™ for the first time—they got to fully experience it.
